The base fabric for our fine Mako satin is hand-picked Egyptian cotton. It is made from the seed hairs of the subtropical cotton plant. After printing, our Mako satin is always given a special easy-care finish. The final calendering treatment gives the fabric an elegant sheen. The printing process and premium finish ensure excellent colorfastness and dimensional stability—even after many washes.
